We carefully coordinate the schedule around your business operations. Workstations, documents, equipment and other essential business assets are moved at a time that causes the least disruption. If it suits your organisation better, we can carry out the relocation in phases, outside regular office hours or at the weekend.

Finally, we agree in advance who will be responsible for packing, dismantling and preparing each area. This ensures everyone knows what is expected and allows your employees and our moving team to begin fully prepared.

Labelling moving boxes

Once the moving schedule has been confirmed, we begin the practical organisation. A clear labelling system gives every moving box, cabinet and item a designated destination.

We provide colour-coded labels and agree in advance which colour, code or number belongs to each room or department. These labels can also be included in the layout plan for your new business location.

Upon arrival, our moving team can immediately see where everything needs to be placed. This prevents unnecessary searching, unpacking and repositioning, allowing the business relocation to proceed more quickly and efficiently.
